We wish to inform the Filipino Community in Helsinki Finland that the number of passport applicants already exceeded the limit of 150. The Embassy wishes to announce that application for passports is now closed. Civil Registry application (Reports of Marriage or Birth) will still be accepted but will not be processes on the day of the outreach. A hearing will be held on 24 April 2017 at 4:00 pm for the Overseas Absentee Voting Registration Applicants for the Registration Period of December 2016 to March 2017.
