ADVISORY AGAINST ENGAGING IN TRANSACTIONS WITH PROCUREMENT ENTITIES UNAUTHORIZED BY PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has issued a warning to the public against engaging in transactions with the following entities, which are not authorized to conduct procurement and bidding processes on behalf of the Philippine Government and are in violation of Philippine cybercrime-related laws:

  1. Philippines Project Award Commission (PPAC);
  2. Project Award Commission Board;
  3. Links Global Consulting; and
  4. Champions Court Global Business Agency.

The PPAC is not a listed registered corporation or partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines, and the DTI has already filed a case with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against the people behind this scheme.
