She graduated with a degree in Art History from the University of the Philippines and received her MA in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal College of Art in London. She has worked as curator for the Lopez Memorial Museum in Manila and the Singapore Art Museum. She was in charge of setting up the Tapies retrospective at the Singapore Art Museum. Joselina Cruz also contributes essays, reviews, criticism, and art commentary.

Roving Eye is a survey of video work from South East Asia. According to Ms. Cruz, “it assumes the position of the ‘roving eye’ as it scours the ‘landscape’ of concerns that currently occupy artists.”
