5 July 2021, Reykjavik, Iceland - The Philippine Embassy in Oslo conducted a consular outreach in Reykjavik, Iceland, from 2 to 5 July 2021, at the Center Hotels Midgardur in Reykjavik. More than 260 Filipinos in Iceland were served with their various consular needs such as passport renewal, dual citizenship application, and civil registry. This is the first consular outreach conducted by the Embassy since the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020.

The Filipino community in Iceland appreciated the services rendered during the outreach, especially because of current COVID-19 travel restrictions which prevented them from going to the Philippine Embassy in Norway to renew their passports and avail of other consular services.

The Embassy would like to acknowledge the valuable assistance extended by Philippine Honorary Consul Priscilla Zanoria during the consular outreach. END
