Schedule of Fees for Consular Services (Effective 15 July 2022)

The following consular fees will be effective on 15 July 2022.

The Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy accepts only cash in Norwegian kroner (NOK) from those applying in person. For applications sent by post, applicants will receive instructions via email for payment via bank transfer after their requirements are received by the Embassy and are found to be complete - please include your contact details with your documents. All payments made to the Embassy are non-refundable.

Passports

(To be paid by the applicant in person at the Embassy, in cash, Norwegian kroner only)

  • New (first-time) application - NOK 660
  • Renewal - NOK 660
  • Replacement of lost or damaged ePassport - NOK 1,650
  • Travel document - NOK 330
  • Previous records request (issued by the Philippine Embassy in Oslo) - NOK 275

Visas

  • Single entry valid for three (3) months
    • For nationals from visa-required countries - NOK 330
    • For nationals from non visa-required countries – NOK 440
  • Multiple entry valid for six (6) months - NOK 660
  • Multiple entry valid for one (1) year - NOK 990
  • Non-Quota immigrant visa (for spouses of Filipino citizens) - NOK 1,650
  • Seaman visa - NOK 220
  • Pre-arranged Employment Visa 9(G) – NOK 4,400
  • Expedite fee (walk-in applicants only, EXCEPT for visa-required nationals) - pay an additional NOK 90 to get your visa after 5 working days

Notarials and Legalization

(To be paid by the applicant in person at the Embassy, in cash, Norwegian kroner only, except for au pair contracts sent to the Embassy by post)

  • Affidavit - NOK 275
  • Certification - NOK 275
  • Special Power of Attorney - NOK 275
  • Acknowledgment - NOK 275
  • Attestation of au pair contract - NOK 275
  • Acknowledgment of employment contract - NOK 275
  • NBI Card fingerprinting - NOK 275
  • Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM) - NOK 275
  • Expedite fee (for walk-in applicants only) - pay an additional NOK 90 to get your document on the same day; application must be filed before 11:00 a.m.

Civil Registry Services

  • Report of Birth - NOK 275
  • Report of Marriage - NOK 275
  • Report of Death - NOK 275
  • Consular Mortuary Certificate - NOK 275

Dual Citizenship Services

  • Processing fee for dual citizenship - NOK 550
  • Additional dependent for dual citizenship - NOK 275
  • Expedite fee (for walk-in applicants only) - pay an additional NOK 90 to get your document on the same day; application must be filed before 11:00 a.m.

Postage Fee

All applicants should arrange for return of their passports or documents by providing a self-addressed, self-stamped envelope with tracking number from Posten Norway (for recommended envelope sizes and fees, please click here) or waybill from a courier service such as DHL or TNT with their applications. The Embassy does not collect postage fees and does not arrange for postage or courier services for applicants.

For applications sent by post

For all applications sent to the Embassy by post, applicants will receive instructions via email for payment via bank transfer after their requirements are received by the Embassy and are found to be complete. All payments made to the Embassy are non-refundable.

Since personal appearance is required for passport applications, all payments for such applications shall be made in person at the Embassy.
