The Embassy hereby informs the public that beginning 14 May 2019, we will no longer authenticate public documents issued in Norway, Iceland, and Sweden that will be used in the Philippines. Such documents must instead bear an Apostille from the appropriate authority of the document’s origin country. All registered overseas voters in the Nordic countries who have not yet received their ballots in the mail are hereby informed that per COMELEC, they may now vote in person at the Embassy .
