UPDATE 3: As of 20 March 2020, UDI has announced that those in Norway now on a visitor’s visa, a visa free permit, or on a residency permit, and are not able to travel out of Norway before the expire date due to the COVID-19 outbreak will not be expelled, even though their stay lasts longer than their visa or residency permit.
